I am rejecting this response because:
Baby Brezza's response is inaccurate.  Inside of the box with their response, you receive a troubleshooting guide.  When I went through the troubleshooting and they didnt work, I called Baby Brezza.  Their company goes through THE SAME TROUBLESHOOTING BOOK.  What sense would it make to have a Customer Service perso  if they have the same book.

Customer contacted BabyBrezza on 1/19/2018 about assembly issues with machine. Over the phone troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, therefore a warranty email was sent to customer. Customer failed to present enough evidence of product's defect, as per warranty "We warrant that your Baby Brezza...

product will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of original purchase". To ensure customers satisfaction BabyBrezza sent replacement machine to customer. UPG Tracking number [redacted], Scheduled Delivery Updated To:Friday, 02/09/2018 , By End of Day.

Customer has not responded to any warranty emails. Without warranty information provided by customer BabyBrezza CS cannot proceed with warranty claim. Once customer replies to warranty emails we will be able to assist. A customer service supervisor has emailed customer on the following dates: Initial email-October 30th 2017; First follow up email-January 3rd 2018; Second follow up email- January 12th 2018. We are pending for customer's response with proof of purchase, lot number, mailing address, phone number and video of the malfunction.

No records of customer reaching out to BabyBrezza. CS will reach out to customer via email.

Customer contacted BabyBrezza CS on 10/30/2017. Troubleshooting did not resolve the issues with machine therefore warranty claim was sent to customer. Video provided shows machine not working due to assembly issues. BabyBrezza CS emailed customer advising troubleshooting to resolve the issues....

BabyBrezza CS also spoke with customer over the phone on 11/16/2017 and advised of properly assembly. Customer abruptly disconnected phone call while speaking with BabyBrezza CS representative and has not reached back for assistance.

Customer contacted BabyBrezza CS on 10/30. BabyBrezza CS sent a warranty email to assist with machine concerns. Customer did not respond to warranty email. BabyBrezza CS has emailed customer following up with open claim.

improper formula to be dispensed and therefore ratio of water and/or formula powder will be inconsistent. All instructions and maintenance should be followed as per the instructions provided with machine to ensure best performance. Occasional clumping may occur due to the nature and composition of the powdered formula. Consumers must check for clumps and shake or stir the bottle if necessary. If mixture is diluted, bottle should not be fed.
