I ordered an outfit for our granddaughters birthday party from Baby Bugz Boutique. They received my payment but never sent the item. I filed a complaint through Pay Pal and received my money back. They took the payment and I called and left 4 messages and emailed them 3 times. Never a response. At that point I contacted Pay Pal.
