I paid $115 for the silver package, which should include (per their website) a CD with 25+ images, 10+ printed images and a DVD recording of the whole thing. I left with literally none of these things. The technician was unable to get a single photo worth keeping. I understand the baby was facing in a poor position. At this point we just wanted a refund ($115 is A LOT of money for us and we drove 45 minutes to go to this). After several voicemails they finally got back to my husband and would not give us a refund, but agreed to reschedule the appointment.We went to a very rushed rescheduled appointment. We still didn't get what we paid for: we got 5 printed photos (3 were exactly the same photo) this time and a CD with 20 images. Though many of the images on the CD are of nothing. They informed us if we wanted to come back again to get the number of photos that we originally paid for (which is clearly listed on their website for the package we chose) it would cost us an additional $35.I totally understand that the position of the baby has a lot to do with the acquisition of photos and that it's a variable that cannot be controlled. However, I also know that the photos that are constantly posted on Baby Bump's website and [redacted] page are designed to place a certain expectation of the experience on the consumer, and that is absolutely not what you will get. However, the fact of the matter is that they clearly advertise on their website what is included in a given package, and after two visits they did not provide what they said was included. Now they want us to come back a third time (!) and pay them more money (!) to get what we originally paid for the first time. I consider this to be false advertising.When I attempted to resolve the issue via their [redacted] page, they were publicly rude to me.Product_Or_Service: Baby Bump Silver PackageDesired SettlementI want a refund of the original package price, as we had requested after the first session when we left literally empty-handed. We have wasted a lot of driving time, gas money, and frustration on this company at this point. Business Response I have personally reviewed [redacted] complaint against our company and although I can sympathize with her frustrations there are a number of items listed in her complaint that could be considered half truths. Our website states that we do not offer refunds and also before an ultrasound session is paid for we ask all of our customers to read and sign a waiver which again clearly states that we do not offer refunds. 95% of the time when a customer has to return for a rescan which is included in the package price we obtained the desired result; the other 5% can be hit or miss if the customer wants to come back and try again for an additional fee. Of the two sessions that [redacted] came to she was scanned for approximately 64 minutes. Our technician did the most they could do and then some being that the package that was paid for should've only totaled 40 minutes. It is also my understanding that the couple chose to return for the rescan sooner than what was recommended. I cannot refund [redacted] $115 she is asking due to the fact that she paid $105. What I would be willing to do is refund her the difference of what our operating cost during her two sessions were on the condition that she removes all negative reviews of our company online.
