Never receive product ordered! Complete Fraud!! . Called number on website & the person who answered said she has received hundreds of calls regarding purchases made from this website.

I purchased a toy for my niece's birthday online and never received the item.
I purchased a Baby's First Gift Doll Set for my niece's birthday on Aug 7th through the Baby Golden Shop Website which pulled up when searching for a specific toy. I made the purchase and received an order confirmation number of ***.The confirmation said the shipping method would be Baby Golden Shipping (4-10 business days). I made payment through PayPal. The funds came out immediately.
My Second attempt to contact them about my order was on Aug 14th expressing concern that the item had not been shipped yet. No Reply. My last email was sent Aug 25th and the only response given was an exact copy of the confirmation received with purchase. Since then no item delivered, no email sent. They've made no effort to fulfill there agreement to send the item purchased from their company.

I ordered several toys and the purchase hit my credit card right away. I kept checking status of the shipment because it was taking so long and it kept saying "in progress". I sent several emails and received no response. I tried calling and the number is disconnected. I finally got my credit card company involved and disputed the transaction. They refunded as they were also unable to get a response from the company. Should have looked here first before ordering from a company I hadn't heard of.
