Baby Image 3D/4D Ultrasound, L.L.C.

My family and I had a recent session on February 13, 2013 for a First Impression ultrasound session at your Sugarland location in Houston, Texas.However, I was very disappointd to learn at the last minute that the large screen (pictures on the website) was not working, which was the main reason I decided to come to Baby Images, and had called about when I booked my appointment. I had 5 other members of my family with me and we were all expecting to be able to see the baby on the big screen. So while the session was good it was hard for my family members to see and appreciate the pictures and images of the baby. As a customer I should have been notified before my appointment and given the opportunity to rescheudle when it was working or choose another place to have my 3D/4D done in advance which I was not. I feel I and my family were cheated to some extent out the full expericence and not given the information in advance/opportunity to have the full experience we paid for.
