We ordered a city select double stroller with attachments the week before Black Friday. Was told that the additional seat, adapters, and glider attachment would be in stock within 2-3 weeks. Never heard a word and decided to stop in around Christmas to check status. We were told the adapters and glider were in but the seat was not. They would call us as soon as it arrived. Again we never heard a word and called to check in the first of the year. We then found out that the seat had come in, but it was mistakenly sold to someone else. They would order another one and let us know when it would be in. As usual we never received a call back and after the manager Hannah promising to check on it, she never answered our phone call either. Fast forward another week and a half, they had a seat, but ordered the wrong color. A week later, we found out that the company no longer makes the seat in the color we purchased but that they would order two new seats that matched. The last week in February when we called for update they had one seat in but were waiting on the second one. We told them to hold the first and when the second came in, they were to ship them both to our house. After hearing nothing yet again, we called on the seat that they promised would be in on March 9th. The girl that answered said she couldn’t find the first seat and she had no idea where the second seat was in terms of shipping. It’s been THREE AND A HALF months and still no one has any clue where the rest of our stroller is. Their customer service and lack of communication is the worst we have ever dealt with. Our twins are already here and yet we have no stroller to use. For spending almost $600 on a stroller, you would think they would make an effort to uphold their end of the deal. Tired of doing their job for them!
