Review: I purchased an item from this website over two weeks and I've been calling and e-mailing the last two days to get some answers as to why my order hasn't been ship or assistance with tracking and I have yet to receive a respond. The ladies who answer the phone take my information but I never receive a reply.Desired Settlement: I would love to receive the merchandise but due to the terrible timing of response I prefer to receive my merchandise as well as a refund.
