This company has such a poor customer service policy that I would never recommend that anyone order from them Due to a design limitation in their software, I am now left with a duvet cover that has a rather noticeable flaw They took no responsibility for it and only offered the standard 15% reorder discount that they would have offered to a consumer had it been THEIR mistake on the order Beware

I would never order from them again. I paid $20-$25 extra in shipping to have it delivered by Christmas. Then I called to cancel the order and they said it had been processed and shipped on Sunday (contrary to what it says on their voicemail that all orders received after Friday at 3pm will not be processed until Monday). Then when I got my shipping confirmation it said it was to be delivered 2 days after Christmas. When I questioned them on the matter they said something totally different about shipping than when I placed the order over the phone. They wouldn't let me cancel the order. So I went to ship it back and between the restocking fee and shipping we would have received about $20 from an order costing us over $150. I don't trust them at all. Too many little things didn't match up.
