While this seems like a great company with a great product, their supply does not meet demandNew products sell out within minute, this is a ongoing issue yet they do nothing to solve the problemThey offer no solutions to customers other than let you know they have other less appealing products still available on their web siteThey generate lots of interest in a new product through facebook and Instagram, they can see that there will be many, many people interested in purchasing said product, however the majority of people will never be able to own advertised product because their supply is so lowPeople who are fortunate enough to purchase a new release product from them often resell on the secondary market and an atrocious markupThe main problem is that once they are sold out, they do not become available again Baby Tula LLC, really needs to stock more of a supply or be more transparent with customers about how many items are actually available at a new product release
