Review: Baby's Vacation took a $500 deposit for a rental car seat over that was much less than $500 and did not return the deposit, though they acknowledged that the rental car seat was returned in it's original condition. It has 5 weeks since the car seat was returned and I have been asking them about my money for a month. They do not return phone calls, stopped replying to emails (claiming the emails were not received), and do not pick up the phone during business hours. I have been told countless times that someone will call be back "tomorrow", "in 5 minutes", "at 1pm" and no one ever calls back. This company is a total fraud and their service is atrocious.Desired Settlement: Baby's Vacation should return my $500 immediately.

I rented a car seat from [redacted] and it was a horrendous experience from beginning to end.

After rescheduling drop-off multiple times, the driver was 2 hours late and dropped-off the incorrect car-seat which was too small for my son. It was a nightmare to get someone on the phone so that they would re-deliver the correct car seat. When I managed to get through and schedule another drop-off time, the driver was 2 hours late.

Return of the equipment was another nightmare: [redacted] rescheduled pick-up time without informing us in advance. Driver called us at 11:20 at night saying that he was downstairs to pick up the car seat. What type of service would call a customer at 11:20pm?

If you use this service, be prepared to spend hours waiting for the driver to show up and waiting for a call-back from customer service when you get the wrong gear. Also, be prepared for a call in the middle of the night when the driver shows up unannounced at your building to pick up the gear.
