This business has been holding my money for a crib that I bought almost 6 weeks ago. When I originally called before my order they said it would be 4 weeks. Nobody responds to me unless I reach out to them. They never follow up and I still don't have the crib. We have a baby due soon and there is still no ETA. They keep offering to send my money back, but I want the crib, not my money. I hate this place and i'm pursuing media outlets.

As a general rule, we encourage our retail stores to sell all conversion rails at the same time that a bed is purchased.  This is because when a product has been discontinued we will only maintain conversion rails for as long as we have inventory.  Once our inventory has sold...

through it is not guaranteed that they will be reordered.  However, we work with small independent businesses.  We do not control everything that they say to their customers to make a sale, nor can we make the stores sell the conversion rails with the beds.  It is a rare unfortunate situation when we have a consumer that has a crib that they are unable to get conversion parts for.  Unfortunately this is one of those times.

Mr. [redacted] contacted our company via Facebook after receiving a call from the retail store he purchased his furniture at.  He was upset because the store called him and advised him that the crib he ordered was discontinued by Baby's Dream Furniture and would not be delivered.  This is...

incorrect.  Baby's Dream Furniture has discontinued the crib, but we have sufficient stock to cover all outstanding orders.  The retail store did not confirm this before contacting the consumer.  This is an error on part of the store.  After Mr. [redacted] posted his displeasure to our Facebook page our consumer department did apologize to Mr. [redacted] and advised that we have other cribs in the same collection that we would be happy to substitute for him.  After posting to our Facebook page our consumer department realized their mistake and posted a 2nd update stating that the crib was indeed in stock and scheduled to arrive on time as planned.  Mr. [redacted] continued to post negative and rude comments to our Facebook page till be banned him.  He also sent to our office a letter demanding that because of this issue that we deliver his furniture to his home address.  We will not drop ship our furniture to the consumer as we have a retail store near his home that he has been working with and he will need to arrange delivery of said furniture order with the store he made his purchase at.
