Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The majority of us who went all work in the service industry and would never complain if we didn't think it was the right thing to doWe didn't complain to get free services, we spent hours of our time there to have to go the next day and get all of our polish redoneWe were nothing close to loud and obnoxious, which is completely unprofessional and rude to say about customersThe only people that saw us complaining were other employeesThe way the room is set up, there's no way the other clients could have seen our confrontationWhich I would think an owner, would knowLooks like that was added in to make the rebuttals look betterAlso, claiming that we falsely added a complaint to make it look better is ridiculousI'm sure if there are cameras in the building anywhere, it is clearly shown with a time lapse the amount of time my sister was given to undress BEFORE the massage, not afterYou would think that if a client didn't answer when the therapist knocked they would knock again, and speak louder, not just walk in on a naked client Considering they know that they're undressing for a massage, which is the procedureThe $credit was denied due to the fact that we were disgusted with the treatment we were given, and our wish to never return to the salon againThe polish from one of the girls previous manicure wasn't completely cleaned off, so the girl just painting over it, made her nails look dirtyThat is why she complainedWe did not complain for minutesWhen we first showed all of our nails, the owner showed my nails to the receptionist and said this is what I'm talking about, what I told you earlier, as if they knew the girls weren't capable of performing the serviceWe would have loved to have gotten our nails redone, properly, but we knew they weren't capable and we had no time Regards, [redacted]

I would like to first address our facial and massage servicesA minute massage or facial service consist of a minute service with minutes for the client to get undressed and dressedThis is a standard industry procedureWhen the client was not out of the room ten minutes after the service
was finished, the therapist knocked on the door and asked if everything was okThis is a quiet area and if the client did not hear the therapist and there was no response, my therapist absolutely did the right thing in opening the door to make sure that there was nothing wrongRegarding the nail services, we use only the best products in the industry which is OPI, Essie and CreativeNow I would like to explain the situation that occurred with the complaining client and the three other girls in her partyThe morning of the services, the clients arrived and wanted to upgrade their manicures to gel manicuresThere was a $up-charge for a gel manicure which was not included in the package price that was previously paid for in advanceWhen the clients were checking out, they complained to the receptionist about the gel manicures that they receivedOnly out of the had legitimate reason to do so as their polish was not staying onThe other two clients said that they just didn't like the color which they picked outAt this point, the receptionist had my wife leave a client that she was working on to speak with the clientsShe assessed the situation and offered to redo the two client's polish which there was an obvious problem withAll four clients refused and demanded their money back for all of the services they received that dayMy wife refunded all four clients the $for the gel polish and, again, offered to have all four repolished with regular polish instead of gel polishShe then offered to give them an additional salon credit in the amount of $for the manicure to be used in the salon at a later date or towards a product purchaseAgain, they refusedThese clients were being totally unreasonable, loud, obnoxious and continued to argue and carry on in front of a room full of clientsAfter minutes of not being able to come to a reasonable agreement, my wife had to excuse herself and get back to her client that was patiently waitingA floor manager was sent to the front in her absence to explain that we were not charging any of them for the gel polish and again offered to repolish their nails with regular polishThey would not accept anything less then a total refund for all the services received that dayThey left the salon and within minutes slandered our salon on social media while misrepresenting what had really occurredAs a good faith effort, I am offering to reimburse them for the entire manicure which is $per person, totaling $in return for them taking down all slanderous posts that they put on social media including any negative reviews that they posted on the internetWe tried to rectify this situation as fairly as we could but, unfortunately, these clients were unreasonable, rude and looking to get their entire visit for freeNo once did they mention that there was a problem with the massage, facial or pedicuresThis was later made up to make their complaint look even better
