This letter is in response to your concerns regarding your recent experience with Associated Bank.Please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience or frustration this matter may have caused you.After completing an investigation of your concerns, I determined that you authorized three...

applications inan effort to purchase a property that you had been renting at [redacted] in [redacted]. The initial application ending in [redacted] was submitted on November 14, 2014 as a USDA/RuralHousing Service loan for $122,448.00. This application was denied, and a Notice of Action Taken letterwas mailed to you on January 13, 2015. The Residential Loan Officer provided you with suggestions onhow to help improve your credit score and invited you to come back in a few months if you wanted toapply again.The second application ending in [redacted] was submitted on April 6, 2015 also as a USDA/Rural HousingService loan for $127,551.00. This application was denied, and a Notice of Action Taken letter wasmailed to you on April 24, 2015. Atthat time, you explained that you had money in a 401 k account, andyou were willing to use some of the funds for a down payment if necessary to help secure the loan. Inresponse, the Residential Loan Officer discussed other types of loans you could consider applying for.On May 4, 2015 a third application ending in [redacted] was submitted as a Conventional loan for $115.400.00,taking into consideration a 3% down payment based on the appraised value that came in lower thanexpected at $119,000.00. A Notice of Action Taken letter was sent to you on May 26, 2015 which askedyou to provide additional information by June 25,2015 to be able to give further consideration to yourcredit request. After waiting the applicable timeframe for you to provide the requested information, andnot hearing back from you, a final Notice of Action Taken letter was mailed to you on July 1, 2015 listingthe principal reasons for the denial of the loan. Enclosed for your convenience are copies of the Notice ofAction taken letters referenced above.During the investigation process, I found no evidence that you had communicated your desire to cancelthe application, although you stated that you believed it was cancelled when you did not hear back fromthe bank by May 1, 2015 as you requested. Associated Bank followed established proceduresthroughout the loan process, and we deny any wrongdoing.We are required to accurately report data to the credit reporting agencies therefore we respectfully denyyour request to make any changes to the current credit reporting.

We contacted Mr. [redacted] and discussed the insurance claim process.  We informed him that the investor on his loan has specific guidelines regarding insurance claims that our bank has to abide by.  We informed Mr. [redacted] over the phone of the additional information needed to process his...

claim and also sent him a letter and an email with the details.  He agreed to bring in the remaining documentation to his local banking office to be emailed to the back office supervisor so that it could be processed as quickly as possible.

We contacted Mr. [redacted], informed of the insurance claim process, and informed him of the amount being sent to him for the supply estimates he provided us.  We also ordered an inspection per his request as he is doing the work himself this weekend and he wanted to have an inspection...

ordered right away as he's aware due to the volume of insurance claims that there may be a delay before the inspection can be done by the third party.

Attached is a copy of the rebuttal response we mailed to Ms. [redacted] on February 13, 2018 confirming we issued a permanent credit to her account on February 8, 2018 of the $360.00 amount she was seeking. Please accept my sincere apology that we neglected to send the rebuttal response to the Revdex.com at that time. Thank you!

While [ was disappointed to hear that the level of service we provided...

letter dated December 23, 2015 confirming the temporary credit. As the tetter
indicates, if we determine the transaction to be valid, the temporary credit we
issued will be reversed. You will be notified of our decision by mail once our

is satisfactory to me. My complaint assigned ID [redacted] has been resolved. Associated Bank (Melanie [redacted]) contacted me very quickly and resolved my issue, she showed AMAZING customer service and empathy. And was very willing to help me get to the bottom of my issue and get a resolution. I would like to leave a review on my experience and mark the complaint as resolved and give the company a better review. Because turns out it was Bank of America that was at fault.

I reviewed appear below.This dispute should have never gone this far. I have fought and fought between my bank, the business and square and have been put in circles over and over again. I have done more work than any of them and still have been told the same thing over and over again from my bank.  I have been with Associated bank for over 10 years and I have dealt with other disputes before with other banks I have banked with and have never had this happen to me. The banks I have banked with before went above and beyond and took care of me and got my money back. This transaction is a obvious mistake that a cab ride I took totaling a distance of 7 miles in Nashville would not be 400 dollars or any cab ride in that matter. 40.00 charge to 400 is OBVIOUS that it was a mistake or I was taken advantage of. I have been told from other people I work with that Associated Bank has done the same thing to them and they have left the bank because of this. Bad customer service on their part. The signature on the receipt did not match my signature. I never authorized a 400 dollar charged on my card. This charge has caused me so many problems financially and the fact Associated bank sent me a letter 2 months later stating they were going to be taking my money back in 5 days is beyond ridiculous. I had a 5 day notice to come up with 400 dollars again which did not happen because have bills to pay like anyone else. I have took my banking to another bank and do not wish this upon anyone else. Associated bank and the Cab business will never see my business again and I be sure to spread the word. I understand business have policy's they have to go by but when it's a obvious mistake on a charge something more needs to be done about it.

This form discloses that Associated Bank will charge an overdraft transfer feeagainst the recipient account for each transfer/advance as stated in the current Account Fee Schedule.The overdraft protection transfer fees assessed to your checking account for this service of $10.00 arevalid and will not be refunded.The overdraft fees and service fees assessed to your account are also valid according to the terms andconditions of your account; however, on September 30, 2015 I refunded overdraft fees of $70.00 and an$11.00 service fee as a customer courtesy.At Associated Bank, we place a high value on providing quality service and recognize that customersatisfaction is a key to our con[lnued success. 2015. We transferred the line of credit to [redacted] on June 26, 2015
because it was past due for February 7, 2015 with a balance owed of $943.80. I
confirmed that you paid $943.80 to [redacted] on August 27, 2015.
Associated Bank received the payoff. less fees owed to [redacted] and
applied the payment on September 15, 2015. Although Associated Bank currently
reflects a principal balance of $268.86, on November 23, 2105 we requested the
remaining balance to be abandoned. Please allow adequate time for our records
to be updated.Enclosed is a copy of the WorryFree
Agreement dated January 7, 2001 signed by you and [redacted]. Because the loan
contract you signed with Associated Bank supersedes your divorce decree. [redacted]
needed to pay the debt in full or refinance the debt into his own name in order
to remove your name from the loan.[ understand this is not the outcome you had hoped for however
we are obligated to accurately report our records to the credit reporting
