complaint:
 
The customer did contact our company regarding  the issue of her baby carrier staining clothes.  It appears as though there was a misunderstanding between the customer and our customer service representative.  The customer called to exchange her carrier for a lighter colored carrier.  We informed the customer that the model she purchased is not made /  available in a lighter color.  We offered to refund the purchase price of the carrier in order for the customer to purchase a different model if preferred.  The customer informed us that she would handle by contacting the retailer, [redacted] **.
