I shopped from one of their websites "[redacted]" and placed my order on 1/**/16. I never heard from them again. So yesterday, 2/*/16, I tried to call them. I tried over 50 times (not even exaggerating. its in my phone log) and could not get ahold of a single person and IF I got an answering machine, it told me that it was too full and it hug up on me. I tried calling again today, 2/*/16, after 46 times, I FINALLY got someone to answer the phone. She told me that my order was on hold because they could not verify my address. I asked her why didn't they call me (they had my phone number). She couldn't tell me but told me that I could repay for my order by [redacted] or the order would be dropped. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there wasn't one. She said there wasn't one there all week. So as I get more and more upset because I needed these items for my nieces baby shower NEXT WEEKEND and she was not trying to help me at all. Then a man comes on the phone and tells me he is the owner but refuses to give me his name (the girl would not tell me her name either. absolutely refused) and he then hung up on me. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone since. I DO NOT recommend anyone using this company AT ALL. They have the absolute worse customer service I have ever seen. And I guess I am out my $122 that I spent with them. They need to be shut down!!!!

Review: I've emailed several times and NOBODY from their company is responding! I requested to CANCEL MY ORDER (#[redacted]) because they did not send any confirmation that my order was being processed. Payment was made via PAYPAL and my account was charged. I have NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THEIR END AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER!Desired Settlement: Finally cancel my order and refund my Paypal account that was charged.
