I am rejecting this response because:Jan 5, 2016Dear Revdex.com NM, Re: ID #[redacted]On Dec 14, '15, Baca Trees accepted the compromise offered in the consumer complaint we filed on Nov 21, '15. The complaint concerned electrical damage they caused while planting a tree in our backyard. In their acceptance, they agreed to mail us a partial refund during their next regular check-issue day, which was Dec 24, '15. As of today, we have not received any check from Baca Trees. Should we file another complaint? What do you recommend as the next step for us?Thank you, [redacted]###-###-####[redacted]
