Thank you for taking the time to speak with me As you will see per the images I sent you, the care label clearly states that we are allowed to dry clean this garmentWhen following care label instructions that say we can dry cleaning, we can use any approved method for dry cleaning I use silicone, provided through [redacted] , through which I am licensed As per your website, http://www.Revdex.com.org/new-york-city/get-consumer-help/articles/dry-cleaning/... it states under Liability for Damaged Clothing, when the care label instructions are followed and damage occurs the consumer needs to deal with the retailer or manufacturer I am not liable for something that falls apart when I have used the proper methods of cleaning as per the care label We follow the instructions, and that is a 100% guarantee that we do not void from the care label We were not made aware that the garments were put together using hot glue The customer did not know, it is the manufacturers responsibility to construct a product that withstands the care label instructions You, ***, may contact me via [redacted] This is my personal cell phone number, not to be shared please

These items were not put into a "tumbler" Drycleaning finishes with heat to remove residual cleaning solutionDry cleaning is a closed systemEverything happens in one machineThe manufacturer fixed a label stating that this item was ok to dry cleanAs per the care label instructions, the manufacturer is aware of what is entailed in the dry cleaning processWe did not take it out and put it in a "tumbler" The items were dry cleaned onceThis is a manufacturer defect All dry cleaning works this way And manufacturers are aware of thisYou are seeking resolution from the wrong party As per Revdex.com website, the manufacturer is liableThey should not have put a dry cleaning label on the garment, you should not have requested these items to be dry cleaned

I am rejecting this response because: First of all if you are saying that the garments should have not been dry cleaned they someone at your cleaner should have called me to come and picked them up before you did anything to them

I am rejecting this response because:they put the dresses into a tumbler witch is hot heat and it wasn't steamed cleanedThat is why the glue melted

The issue has been resolved.Thank-you for your time

These items were not put into a "tumbler".  Drycleaning finishes with heat to remove residual cleaning solution. Dry cleaning is a closed system. Everything happens in one machine. The manufacturer fixed a label stating that this item was ok to dry clean. As per the care label instructions, the manufacturer is aware of what is entailed in the dry cleaning process. We did not take it out and put it in a "tumbler".  The items were dry cleaned once. This is a manufacturer defect.  All dry cleaning works this way.  And manufacturers are aware of this. You are seeking resolution from the wrong party.  As per Revdex.com website, the manufacturer is liable. They should not have put a dry cleaning label on the garment, you should not have requested these items to be dry cleaned.
