Needed a new roof and got quotes from 5 companies. Baccus Roofing was the best by far. This made me worry a little but I was going to be home during the work so I could keep an eye on things. At 6am the first person showed up and by 6:15am there were 8 people working and taking off the old roof.
The next day they started the new roof, coming off the roof to show me photos of what they were doing and invited me to come look if I wanted to, which I did. I have done a roof or 2 in my day so I know a little. The work they were doing was very professional and even better than code called for. They also replaced from flashing while they were working.
They did a great job and saved me $$$. Oh and over half the guys could talk English which made it easy to communicate with them. I was happy with the guys and work they did.

I did call this company and yes they were the first one to respond to my call, and so we set up an appointment for 05/08/2017 between 2-4pm, at 3:30 pm I called to confirm that they be on there way and a lady answered and asked for my name and address and said that she as nothing on me no name or no address, That is very unpleasant especially when you take some time off to be present and this business do not even know if they even talked to you and yes this is the correct business, well I just have to go with another roofing company, cannot trust people like this.
We called Fernando and told him we cannot make the appointment due to winds we made another appointment with Fernando and which he was ok with and we showed up even in the rain on Sunday the 7th, the lady was disrespectful and unreasonable so, me having the right to refused service to anyone I simply said we are not interested in bidding on this job. The communication was not between her and the company it was Fernando we are dealing with not her, why she had Fernando deal with this problem we don't know but Fernando was informed and was ok with the whole situation. The disrespect from the customer was the reason I walked away from the job. The next day we contacted Fernando since we are dealing with him and they said they will work things out with us and as she said we are the first one who responded every company is busy and customers are waiting 2 weeks plus for just bids and she couldn't understand that.
