They do not prorate rental fees on wheelcahirs
On November 1, I rented a wheelchair for one month at *** I anticipate I will need the wheelchair for seven weeks They informed me that they do not prorate the rental fee if item is returned sooner than at the time the monthly fee is due
This does not pass the "smell test" It doesn't make good business sense either
Bach Medical Supply has been such a blessing to myself and my familyMy mother suffers from multiple health issues from MS, lymphedema, to a broken back and neckThe owner has always been wonderful and so very helpfulHe provided my mother with socks for her legs for when they swellThis is something she is always so embarassed about them but BMS always goes out of their way to make her feel comfortableI had to keep an eye on my blood pressure recently when I was pregnant and was at risk of preclampsia and he provided me with exactly what I neededThis is a great local business with owners and staff that really invest in their customers and their individual needsI couldnt be happier
