Aloha,My name is K.HK**, and the owner of Menehune Reservations, on Kihei, Maui.Menehune Reservations has been an on site vacation management company for the last years,and I have been the owner of the company for the last four and half year I would like to explain the situation in
regards to the complain #***.1) Mr*** *** made a reservation through *** (a booking agent) on 4/4/2016, for arrival date 4/14, and departure date 4/19.2) I tried to charge the full amount to his credit card on 4/5/16, but it was DECLINED.3) I called h** on 4/5/and inform h** that his credit card was declined, and he said he will get back with me with a new credit card next day.4) He did not call back on the 4/6/16.5) I called h** again (date not clear), probably on 4/11, and left h** another message, but have not heard from h**.6) I assigned a condo for h**, just in case, without issuing an arrival instruction, since his credit card was declined.7) On 4/14, I called h**, and left another message, but, once again, not heard from h**. I was waiting for his call until late in the evening, but no calls from h**.8) On, 4/15, I called h**, and left a voice message, but no calls from h**.9) On 4/5, I went to *** extra net, and found his new credit card information, and charged $1,to his new credit card.My questions are;1) Why didn't he call me not once?2) I am wondering if he actually came to stay on 4/14/ My office is in the same building, and I was in my office between 9:00~5:on 4/14/ If he arrived after hour, my contact information is prominently displayed on my office door, as well as, on the association office door I also have an on-site assistant who could have helped h** if he, indeed, showed up. Once again, why didn't he try to contact me? We have guests arriving at all odd hours, and some of them leave their cheinstructions at home, but so far, all of them were able to contact me, and were able to get into their assigned condos.I would like to hear from h** the reason why he made no attempt to contact me when he arrived at the complex.K.HK**Mahalo Nui Loa, menehunereservations.com Kyu(K.H.)
