Bachman Heating & Air

Review: On April 10,2015, I hired Bachman Heating & Air, LLC to install an air conditioner. I paid [redacted] Bachman 3184 dollars for a Lennox Air Conditioner and installation. [redacted] stated he will have to get the Air conditioner and finish some other appointments before he could install our Air Conditioner. [redacted] stated it will be about three weeks before he can install it. I agreed this would be ok. [redacted] Bacchman did not get in contact with me for over a month to install the Air conditioner. I called him multiple times and he finally returned my call a month later. During this phone contact we arranged a date for him to install the air conditioner. He no showed the scheduled appointment and did not cancel appointment. [redacted] Bachman scheduled two more appointments and no showed those appointments. I then asked for him to return our money. [redacted] asked to install the air conditioner because he already has the air conditioner and a restocking fee would be applied, if I canceled this transaction. I gave him one more chance to install the air conditioner. We scheduled an appointment and he called the night before to cancel the appointment. [redacted] stated he had to cancel the appointment because there was a dent in the air conditioner. This occurred on June 10,2015 and I have not heard from him since. I do not have an air conditioner or a refund and have not heard from [redacted] Bachman as of June 28, 2015.
