are in receipt of your Revdex.com complaint and would like to take immediate steps to resolve your issues.First, let me apologize for not having met your expectations.  Apparently our Foreman had some difficulty getting the work scheduled, which unfortunately, resulted in it getting set aside and falling-off our radar altogether. My understanding is that there are cracks in the ceiling that have yet to be repaired.  If you would please confirm whether that is correct, I would appreciate it. I can schedule to have someone there this Thursday and/or Friday.  Please let me know what day works best for you.Thank you,Michelle [redacted]Production Manager[redacted]
