call the office the next date requesting the additional coverage, at the moment we told him that he has to wait hours for us to be able to endorsement the policy as per company instructions ,so he decided to request the cancelation of the policy that we bind on 07/**/2017, at the moment he was asking for refund that we told him that he will received in about days as per company instruction , he called several time but refund was not availableon 08/**/he came asking for the refund which was not available to him yetat that moment I called the insurance company and they told me that the refund was going to be available at the bank on 08/**/, I decide to cut a check because he was too loud and I didn't want him in the office anymore , he was menacing me and telling me that he was a correctional office and all that , my employee told him that he was getting the refund of which was the deposit for the insurance and he ask about the broker fee that we charged and disclosed on the receipt that was provided at the time he received his policy documents *** *** then was asking about the refund of the broker fee which I told him that as per section of NYS insurance department all fees are not refundable and fully earned from policy inception , then he start screaming, menacing me about he been a correctional officer and told me that he was going to the precinct to follow a complaint and I told him to go ahead and do it , at that moment I was in not position to give him any more explanation, then he walk away refusing the refund check
