They failed to mention they came out a second time and only cleaned it. Did not address the fact it is still not working. Charged us for cleaning and promised to be back later. As of now no one had come back to fix it. All I want is it fixed and not charged for anything further!

I have spoke to the customer [redacted] himself and he is very nice, he is understanding and is pleasant to work with. We went back to the customers house on November 17th and took multiple parts to fix the stove. It ended up being a part we did not have with and is a part we have to order in, it has already been ordered and will be taken out to him and put on his stove as soon as it comes in. The customer was not charged for this service.

This is a very busy time of the year, I spoke to the customer several times and I had the service Tech out there for him within a week of him calling the first time. The stove was fixed and running when the service tech left the customer left his house. He was satisfied and...

wrote them a check in full for the service completed. A few days later he called back and said it was not running again, and the same problem was happening. I explained to him we had several customers in line ahead of him waiting for install, cleanings, estimates., and service as well, and that we would get to him as soon as possible. In mind, yearly cleanings prevent many problems on pellet stoves. We are working hard to get to each and every customer and help them in every way possible as quickly as possible.  On extremely busy days we help customers in the store before answering the phones. We try are best to get back with every customer.
