Beginning of June I inquired about a piece in FL to be delivered to NYC. The Business Owner Marla *** insisted I pay through Venmo before Shipping arrangements were madeshe did gaurentee that she would arrange shipping (this was contigent on my purchase).
I sent Marla $195 through Venmo on June 8, 2020. After this transaction it took almost 3 weeks to recieve a receipt (picture through text message). Since then I've been lied to about Shipping dates and confirmations for almost 4 months, not hearing from her for weeks at a time.
She has admitted that she cannot find a shipper, which now makes my purchase impractical and violating the original agreement. She is insisting that there are no refunds, however I never recieved a product to return. The only refund I am asking for is my $195 since she cannot actually get the product to me.
I've connected with her over the phone and through Text message and she does not respond, when she does pick up the phone she yells and evades my questions and confuses the timeline of events.

Refund I would like a compalint to be filed against this business and my payment of $195 to be reinstated through the original method of payment.
