Back on the Racks Consignment

Review: I purchased a pair of True Religion jeans, that retail $250 brand new. She charged for $67.00. After going home I found a bleach stain on the front and the stitching is completely not that of a genuine pair of True Religions. The inner seem goes on the front of the leg, not down the middle like any pair of jeans should be. I stopped payment on my check. Immediately emailed the owner to give her notice of the situation, explaining that I didn't want to rip her off and would like to bring them back. She stated I must pay for them anyways. I explained that I didn't and couldn't spend $67 on a pair of misrepresented jeans. She now is sending my check to the Bad Check Program DA's office after I asked her to not do so and I would gladly just bring the jeans back to her. I have never worn the jeans once time.Desired Settlement: That she takes her jeans back, does not send the check to the DA as it is not a "bad check" and I was in correspondence of the stop payment reasoning from the very beginning.
