Dear Revdex.com Representative,Mrs [redacted] came in to our office yesterday afternoon and we got out all of the paperwork and showed her to the penny where her insurance money wentThere was one repair that we were still lacking and that added up to approximately $It was for 50SF of siding or approximately piecesWe are doing that final repair this morning.I do believe she was happy with us when she left the office yesterdayAs for her rejection of our online proposed settlement, I was looking for a place for us to respond and it said there was no action required from usThis needs to be deleted from our record as she seemed to understand yesterday when she left hereShe wrote that rejection before she came in and we talked it overI would be more than happy to show any Revdex.com official the insurance estimate that we worked off ofIt did not include the entire roof although we tried to get the insurance to cover all of itWe did exactly what they paid us to doThe first estimate was not $4kIt was 6,But the insurance withheld depreciation and only gave her $4k to startThat was their estimate, not oursWe replied to them with our estimate for ALL of the roof at which point they denied to pay for all of it but did finally agree to replace the decking on the main portion and gave us other components we fought hard to get like flashings and ice and water shieldWe have done about roofs so far this year and have had zero online complaintsWe do regularly have issues with customers understanding their bills, but we attribute that to the way insurance companies itemize their estimatesThey are very confusing to the untrained eyeWe do make mistakes, but I have learned to jump on those mistakes immediately and get them resolvedWe have done things for customers that we did not have to do but did it anyways in the tradition that the customer is always rightWe would certainly like to maintain our spotless record as long as possibleI know one day we will surely make a mistake that leads to a permanent mark against us but as long as I am the owner, I will fight hard to keep that from occurringPlease reply to my email or call my mobile number and let me know what we can do to keep this from staying on our recordThank you for reviewing this case!
