the whole house needed work and there was people living in the house which I met most of them. When we first started we smelled marijuana all over the house . I didn't mention anything to [redacted]. Now after the 3rd day We noticed many strange people coming into the house and into the first floor bedroom . Then we noticed the smell of marijuana again from the room. After a few minutes we started hearing the young girl and someone else talking about smoking and buying crack . After I heard drug talk and dealings of it I decided to pack my tools and leave. I notified [redacted] and agreed to deduct money from the balance for what still hasn't been done which was replacement glass on a window and nailing 15 ballusters back to the railing . He agreed to the deduction which I have as a text message. I have every agreement , text message conversations as proof on our position . I will not go back there . Im not putting me or my employees in jeopardy . This complain is a shock to me because we discussed this already. Thank you for your time.
