In reference to the complaint you received, we have attached a letter from our attorneys response to the complaining party RGP Restoration considered this job complete when we gave Ms [redacted] substantial compensation to cover any remaining house issues, including ground settling cracks, punch items, etcand repairs She agreed that she had a carpenter that could work on her home and get along with her daughter, whom was extremely difficult RGP was released totally from any further requirements or warranty on this home Because we have been in business for many years here in Oklahoma, we always try to accommodate our clients to the ninth degree At no additional charge to Ms [redacted] , and in good faith, we sent our carpenter down to try to help her out with some items on the home approxweeks ago Her daughter continually bad mouthed RGP and harassed our carpenter onsite and kept telling him, she wanted the entire home gutted and totally redone In good faith, and unable to understand why someone could be so unreasonable, myself and [redacted] Patterson, with our carpenter, went back down there again about weeks ago to try to review what we could do to assist her daughters demands and complaints Ms [redacted] wasn’t home, her daughter, Ms [redacted] was, and showed us around the home and then said she just wanted the home gutted, ( torn back down to the studs) We had been released, and had no obligation, but out of kindness and good ***, we still went back and tried to assist Ms [redacted] , because of the situation with her daughter We could not communicate with her illogical daughter Ms [redacted] , and decided to leave, and honor our agreement that was agreed to previouslyRespectfully your, [redacted] Restoration LLC “A Tradition of Excellence” [redacted] H [redacted] West Main St., Ste***Norman OK 73072(Mail to: P.OBox [redacted] , Norman, OK 73070)Cell: ###-###-####Office: ###-###-####Fax: ###-###-####
