I will pay for my purchase, and hope that at least some of the admittedly inflated price reaches the telemarketer. But I won't do it again. That the company does not publish any statistics on where my money goes implies that most of it goes into the company's pockets. Their statement that the man who makes the calls gets "a fair share" is open to interpretation. I'm interpreting it to mean "a pittance

We thank you for your order. And we are are sorry to see you go.
We understand our prices are high Rest assured our reps make considerably more than minimum wage. We have taken you off our list and you will no longer be contacted by us.
Have a great 2019.

I received a call last month very nice gentleman, he went through all the products; I told him that I couldn't purchase anything this month, he asked if he could call me in a month, I said sure. Gentleman called back in a month and I did purchase something.

The gentleman was very nice and explained himself well, whether or not these items are overpriced I can't say, but coming from a military family as well as a family that has a disabled individual I will pay a little more to help these people as they are not taken care of as well as they should be.

Thank you we greatly appreciate your feedback.

I was called, and accepted that I was paying for overpriced lightbulbs to help disabled veterans. They said they were a non profit. They are not. Since then, I have discovered there are many companies such as these that are scams, they money not going to the intended people they are supposed to represent. So my bad, I DO work with adults with disabilities, for a real non profit organization, and feel these are the kinds of businesses that make others look bad. We don't sell products, so we won't be calling you : ) However, how scams like this can continue with no oversight to bilk (mainly the elderly and tenderhearted), is a travesty. I will pay for the price of the light bulbs and an extra $10, and send a letter to them to NEVER call our number again, as I will report them to every possible source I can.

We are sorry that you feel this way. I do not believe it was said that we are a charity, we are a for profit company as it states on our invoice. If there was confusion we apologize. It was definitely not our intention. We would like for you to keep the package you received, and we will close your account.
No monies are owed and we have put you on our no contact list. You will receive no further communication from us. We hope this settles the matter to your satisfaction.

Just want to make sure. The person I talked to was a military veteran who works for this company and a fair portion of the profit goes to to help better his life. Just want to make sure this is true.
