On July 14, 2019 my wife and I ordered almost $2,000 worth of furniture from this business. This consisted of two chairs and cushions for one of the chairs (a lounger). I was able to take the lounge chair with me, and the owner insisted that we'd have the second chair by early to the middle of the next week, and that the cushions would take longer, maybe a month. He assured us he would be calling us to give us an exact timetable for the cushions, as well schedule delivery of the second chair.

The next week when we got no call, I call the owner. He was apologetic and told us the merchandise was taking a bit longer than expected, but would be in soon and he'd call to schedule a delivery. This went on week after week, until the week before labor day. We'd finally had enough and realized the owner is a scam artist - never once did he call us - not once - and never once would be actually commit to a delivery date for the merchandise we'd already paid for. When we returned the lounge chair he refused to refund our money, saying the wheels had "grass stains" on them, though the chair had never been used - lying on it without cushions would be like lying on your driveway. We are now in the process of disputing the charge for that chair with our credit card company. I would avoid this retailer at all costs, as we've told everyone we know.

Biggest mistake ever!!!
At first the store salesman seemed so nice, Of course he’s going to be as sweet as pie trying to make a sale. We ended up picking out a set we really liked. He was telling us everything we wanted to hear. Oh, it’s top of the line, it’s made by ***, the fabric is ***, it has a 15-year warranty. I can switch out the table for a firepit if that’s what you want. I’ll even throw in a free umbrella because I like you…The whole CAR SALESMAN pitch that we actually fell for. Like I said up until this point the guy was awesome. Gave him my credit card, we paid and left.
He called on Tuesday 08/06/2019 said the driver would be leaving in about 20mins. Well a few hours later we needed to leave, I actually had a doctors appointment that day at 4pm. We asked our neighbor to watch for the delivery. Just as we were getting in our car the driver arrived in a DUMP TRUCK, should have been the first RED FLAG. My husband decided to help him real fast before we left. A piece of the sectional was not in a box and one of the cushions were dirty. My husband called the salesman and advised him of the dirty cushion. The driver was asked to take pictures of the stains. I noticed right away the set looked different and questioned the driver. He said I’m sorry I’m just the delivery guy I have no idea what you ordered. Plus, I noticed the box said (***) I told the driver this is NOT what we ordered!! As I stated we were pressed for time so we asked the driver to just leave everything in the boxes and not to worry about taking the stuff out of the boxes. We needed to get on the road, I would have to figure this out when we got back. While driving to the doctors (the salesman) must have called us three times. He was upset that the driver left the boxes behind, said they NEVER leave boxes on customer’s property and he wanted to get the furniture set up for us. He stated that our gates were locked, which leads me to believe they tried to get access to our property while we were not home.
During one of the calls my husband asked him a ballpark idea when the cushion would be replaced, He got an attitude over it and then hung up on my husband. Upon leaving the doctors, we received a phone call from the son that was now involved and going to handle things. As we arrived home we had two guys, the delivery driver and the son sitting in front of our home. He was insistent on setting up the furniture and removing the boxes. We all went into the yard. We discussed what happened and asked why the father got so mad and hung up on us. He said that’s why I’m here to defuse the situation and make sure your happy. I’m going to fix this and make things right, you will deal with me from now on. Like I’m still confused why things got hostile to begin with. I proceeded to take picture of the boxes because I knew I did not order what was delivered. And the firepit was used, he sent us the floor model. I did not pay $4600.00 for USED items. He told us he was sorry he needed to pick up a new one from the warehouse and then will switch it out. I told the son I was NOT HAPPY and this is NOT what I ordered. He said well let’s get it set up so you will have something for now and ill speak to my father and we will figure this out. I said at this point, it’s bad business, and I do NOT want these items I’d rather you take them back and refund my credit card. He insisted he was going to make things right and promised he would call us later after he spoke with his father. I did not receive any paperwork that tells me about a 15-year warranty, my sales receipt was not itemized, the invoice and the sales receipt had two different company names on it.
The whole situation was red flag after red flag.

Later that night I went online to check the reviews of this place and *** his name and that’s when it all started to make sense. This guy is a disgusting human that rips people off for a living. Needless to say, I am now fuming mad. We are not rich by any means and the only reason we were willing to spend so much on an outdoor set was because we wanted to buy a quality furniture set that would last us a long time. One and done, you get what you pay for. It’s expensive now but it’s going to last us a long time.
It’s now the following day, I waited until noon time and never received a phone call as promised from the son. I sent a not so nice text because now I was armed with all this information I had just found out. Maybe I shouldn’t have but what this man does to people is disgusting. I couldn’t control myself.
I finally spoke with the son and he basically said to me. You’re not my priority, my wife is very sick, I don’t know what to tell you. Do what you have to!
Wait, what did he just say??? This coming from the same person that showed up at our house to fix things, the one that said we will now be dealing with him from now on? This is a family of con artists. ALL OF THEM!!!
I have sent several emails asking to have these items picked up from our property. I have requested a refund to my credit card and he keeps insisting this is what I ordered. After I questioned him about my sales receipt not being itemized he tried to send me a new one. No, Not going to work buddy. Then to top it all off, we spoke with a reputable sales person from a store that’s been in business for a very long time. Which we should have shopped at, we told them about our situation. Low and behold they knew all about HIM and his bad business tactics.
We were inquiring about ***, they told us if the cushions were in fact *** they would be labeled. Told us all of ***’s items are tagged. We went home to check the cushions and guess what? Not one of the cushions have any sort of tags on them. NOTHING!! We were told it is against the law to sell any sort of bedding, pillows, furniture, etc. Without labels, the labels can only be removed by the customer after purchase. We have no idea of the material involved with these cushions. He violated the TAG LAW, again properly because the set delivered was a knockoff from China or somewhere. I kept on digging and digging on the internet and found so many BAD reviews and information about this man and his several businesses. It not fair for this man to continue to open up business after business under different names and repletely rip people off.
