I filed my personal property claim with OFB on about May 21, After their adjuster reached out to my insurance company to find out if I had ever filed a water damage claim for personal property on about May 12, 2017.? Mr [redacted] is not knowledgeable enough to answer this complaintHe is being very untruthful in his responses, May 26, OFB pick up their client’s award from the courtOn about May 23, I contacted OFB concerning my personal property claim, I was informed that it had been assigned to claims Dep, who I spoke with that day, who had advised meThat they had made a request for a clarification hearing set for May 24, to find out if my personal property was included in my May 16, awarded Judgement, and if they needed to deduct their clients award from my Judgment before they disperse my fundsBefore they move forward with my personal property claim.OFB was denied by the courts on May 24, on including my personal property claim in with my May 16, $award Judgement.May 24, I paid into the court, on May 26, OFB pick funds/ court.For the 1st event /occurrence that occurred in January, The 2nd event / occurrence that occurred happened well after the month of January 2017, which is not the same as the first, different dates and times, but liability fall under their same client? Court clerk said No, that, OFB release had nothing to do with my courts awarded Judgement.OFB denied, my personal property claims after the courts answered them on their clarification matter [redacted] ***

Ms*** filed an additional claim for personal property on 5/24/2017, eight days after the ruling by the court, resulting from the same occurrence. Oklahoma Farm Bureau is the Insurer for *** ***/DBA *** ***. Filing a claim with OFB is the same as filing a claim against our insured individuallyThe hearing on May, 26,was to determine that Ms*** should still pay Mr*** $3,for a counter claim filed by Mr*** against Ms***See attached Order to Disburse Funds and Journal Entry of Judgement. Ms*** brought an additional claim against our insured (*** ***)? for water damage to her personal property allegedly caused by the roof work done by *** ***.? We respectfully denied her claim as this matter was already adjudicated by the Court with a final
judgment? rendered on May 16, 2017? for damages resulting from said roof work.? The judgment for? Ms***'s? cause of action was paid, with a Release and Satisfaction of Judgment? filed with the Court on June 12, 2017.? Pursuant to the legal doctrine of Res Judicata a matter that has been adjudicated by a competent court may not be pursued further by the same parties.A final judgment on the merits of a cause of action precludes the parties from relitigating issues that were or could have been raised in the prior action.? ? As such, any further claims for damages based upon?
