Hello,After the complaint was submitted I got a notification that the $106.85 was credited to my account. But that only covers the money from the care that I did not recieve. There is still $333.30 that is not accounted for from the 11 months of $30.30 that was not a part of the agreement
We called both the patient and the Revdex.com office at the first notification of this issue. After discussing with the patient the issue we found the clerical error resulting in the problem and resolved it by refunding the patient the additional funds taken out in error.
