I am rejecting this response because: of your negligence. Ever since I have moved into your apartment complex I have dealt with nothing but troubles. I can't state that enough!! 1. Dishwasher work order was indeed placed by me and someone did come "look" at and marked "completed" on the sloppy job because the door still does not shut and the dishwasher still does not turn on. 2. Bathroom light fixture, Section 25 fine. I went ahead and replaced the light fixture myself, but not getting a response from your management is completely unacceptable. Once again negligence from your management. 3. Bathtub issues, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, and I'm supposed to bathe in that?! NO! I called maintenance 11/3/15  and told them about the mess around 12:00 and was told that the maintenance will come by after lunch and have that looked at unacceptable there was st in my bathtub!! Later that day at 3:30 pm we the tenants receive an email that the maintenance is stuck with another "project" and will be late but you are trying to get them there as soon as possible. NO! I come home from work after a long day and see at 5:00 pm, that nothing has changed there is still a mess in my bathtub and no action has been taken. Ridiculous!!!4. Front door lock issues, Yes I submitted a request online to have one of your inexperienced maintenance crew replace the lock only to make my living situation worse than it already was. I had to jump out of balcony to get out and lock the loose lock from inside in order to get out!! 5. Pest control issues have remained the same from day one! Due to your negligence I have given up in sending you any maintenance requests.  For my safety I  took all the steps necessary for me to live in YOUR dangerous environment. 
I'm wanting out of this lease and a concession of all my troubles. I will NO LONGER BUSINESS WITH YOU.

[redacted],                                  �... 11-3-15I have received your concerns and I am very sorry for your frustration. I have answered each of your concerns below in bold. Please let us know what we can do next to assist you in this matter. Customer’s Statement of the Problem: I live in Edge Creek Apartment 154 and ever since I have moved in 5/8/15 I have dealt with nothing but inconvenience. From the day that I moved in till now 11/3/15 no one from their management has met any of my needs and requests. My issues are stated below: I till this day 11/3/15 still have a dishwasher that DOES NOT WORK! – I have record that we replaced the control board on 5/12/2015 (W/O#1861)Dishwasher- Door was not shutting properly done on 6/17/2015 (W/O# 2066)We have no further work orders in place. What is the problem with your dishwasher at this time?2. I recently 10/23/15 submitted a request online to have someone from their management come replace my bathroom light bulb and NO ONE took any action. NO RESPSONSE FROM the MANAGEMENT. I replaced that myself. In the lease section 25 it states that it is the resident’s responsibility to replace the light bulbs. I am sorry if this was not communicated clearly with you when you sent the request. 3. Just today I have come across the most disgusting issues anyone has to deal with. Bathtub full of [redacted] CLOGGED AND NOT DRANING! The HOA management is diligently working with a plumber to resolve the plumbing issue. We have sent communication to all of our residents involved at Edge Creek as soon as we received it. 4. I have had front door lock issues ever since I moved in that NO ONE FIXED, so I had my boyfriend replace that for me. Lock broke- Lock fixed on 5/29/2015 (W/O#1962)Keys doesn't work - New keys made on 6/1/2015 (W/O#1973)I show no further request for maintenance after these.Replacing your lock without permission is against the lease as well. Please make sure we have a copy of your current key. 5. I STILL have roaches, spiders and other insects in the apartment. No one from this apartment complex respond to their tenants requests at all can never get a hold of anyone and even leaving a voicemail is pointless.Our pest control company sprayed for roaches on: May 5th, 21st, 29th, and June 5th. If you are still having issues we can address this with the pest control company.
