To be honest, I am more upset than angryI had such good experience with them in the past I actually sign up service with them on an automatically rolling baseThen I got yelled at and hanged up onI almost feel like I am dealing with a totally different companyHere is the email I sent to the owner on Nov7th
Dear Chris,
I have been with your company for yearsI still remembered the time that you come to my house with your daughter to do the work
However, today I decided to leave your serviceYour receptionist actually hanged up on meHere is what have happened assuming that you would receive this emailIf she is the one watching this mailbox now, I will post the message on-lineI want to make sure you read this message
She called to make appointments with meI asked if I needed to be hereShe said noI did not quite remember which service I need to be here which one I don't need toWe use you guys for all of our irrigation serviceSo I followed her instructionIt turned out it was not trueSo we tried to reschedule itShe asked if Tuesday 2-was okayI said probably notI have class until 1:00, then I needed to pick up my kidsI might have hour and half in between if I run back immediately after my classShe said there would be fine and she would make sure the guy gets to my place at 2:00, and it would take about minutes.  I rush back today and no one shows upSo I called her againShe told me that the guy forgot to turn off his car light last night so he was running lateI told her that we have to reschedule it againShe gave me a time that more than a week laterIt's already snow on the groundI ask since it's a mistake on her side, can she squeeze me earlier somehow? She yelled back that It was not her fault and hanged up on meIf it's not her fault, this should be done more than a week ago
I am glad to see your business is growing, I am sad to learn by experience that the service has gone downhill

Terribly RUDE and irresponsible companytry to avoidwish there were stars optionso back in April, it was time to annual back flow test, we scheduled one with them, asked them what they need from usthey told us they will take care of everything, we don't even have to be at home for the testthat's great right?
then in may, we got a notice from the city saying we did not finish our back flow test, so I contacted them again, didn't answer the phonethen I contact the city, and was told I had two irrigation and fire sprinkler back flow tests, and the fire sprinklers were not testedI was confused and called the company again, without giving out any of my info, I asked if they'd take care of everything, the operator said yes, they will take care of everything for $then I specifically asked, if they would take care of the irrigation and the fire sprinkler test as well, she assured me again, they will take care of everything for $it was Thursday and the deadline from the city was 4pm next Tuesday, so I told her the situation and ask for a test before that, she said she couldn'twell, then I told her to get a supervisor and finally we had an appointment down on Tuesday 10AMat this point, I was OK because everyone makes mistake right?
then it comes to 10AM Tuesday, the technician came to knock my door, I opened the door and he said he's testing the back flow, I said ok and went back to grab my glasses, when I came back out (within minutes), he's gone, without asking what I have and without entering my garage (where the fire sprinkler thing is)hey, I scheduled this test just to test fire sprinklers, and you left without even asking or looking at it? seriously? then I called the company third time, and thankfully the technician came back later in the dayok I had to stay home for this long, but at least our water won't be shut offthe above is irresponsible part and here comes the rude partI received a second invoice asking for another $for "annual testing of back flow assemble"I thought it must be a mistake because we have paid for the first invoice $before they even came backso I called them, againand they still asked me to pay for this $45, well, what about "$dollars we take care of everything"? guess what, operator defined 'everything' for me, she said, 'everything' means 'everything from trip fee, filing fee, paperwork fee, etc', and irrigation is not in 'everything' for fire sprinkler, and fire sprinkler is not 'everything' to irrigation, and we do this for 'everyone', so I guess we might have a different understanding on 'everyone' right? because I asked couple of my neighbors (same development, same builder, all built within last month), they all finished the test for $at this point, the women on the phone was being rude already, won't even let me speak, won't let me finish my sentencesI didn't want to argue on the phone, so I just said, if we come down to business next year, I'll pay $90, but this year, I asked for a quote, you give me $without asking how many devices I have, just plain said $for everything, it's you mistake, I'll not pay $guess what, she said, "if you don't want to pay $45, fine, I'll write it offbut I'll note on your account, bad customer, we will never do business with you again", and she hangs up immediatelyyeah, I guess finally we can be on the same page, I will never do business with you too
