I am responding to this complaint and am somewhat perplexed as to why this complaint was filed Ms [redacted] did have a scheduled appointment with me but had cancelled it I did provide other possible appointment dates to her I also did inform Ms [redacted] that I would honor her gift certificate past the expiration date I will contact Ms [redacted] per her request and try to reschedule another appointment with her Thank you
