Review: I made an online order to Backside products also known as cover the hitch on 10/28/2014 and have yet to receive my order I have tried several time to contact the seller as well as my bank as well as [redacted] and none of them are willing to get my money back. The seller states the following at the same time allowing time to past to avoid any refund thru [redacted]:

Products that are in stock or drop shipped from the manufacturer or publisher normally takes 1-3 weeks. However, some items may take longer.
