We're sorry to hear that this customer is dissatisfied with her interactions with Backstage, the world's most popular and trusted resource for actors.As the customers states, on Backstage erroneously issued a duplicate charge on her [redacted] credit cardAfter we were alerted to the error we apologized to the customer and refunded the duplicate transaction.On Backstage received a chargeback notification from [redacted] for the original charge, returning those funds to the customerSeveral of our customer service agents made contact with the customer and attempted to explain that despite our original error, both of her payments had been refunded, but we were unable to successfully convey those detailsIn addition, due to banking confidentiality laws in America, Backstage is unable to speak with [redacted] on behalf of a cardholder to drop their chargeback.Instead, we were forced to accept the fault for the chargeback, which unfortunately deactivated the customer's subscription due to nonpaymentWe informed the customer that they were welcome to subscribe at their leisure and continue to use our casting services.To help further resolve this issue to the customer's satisfaction, we have granted this customer a free year subscription to [redacted] effective today, and we hope they'll continue to use us for years to comeShould she need any assistance with getting the most out of the site's acclaimed services in the future, our customer care team will be happy to help

I have never got a cent out of the $300.00 that I paid them.  On top of that they are still harassing me after I have told them to leave me alone. They are asking me to join up with their service again and I have told them no and they are also asking me to post a project. I am not posting anything and I want them to leave me alone. They have already stolen $300.00 from me what more do they want. I have already told them a year ago to cancel me but they would not. I am entitled to my $300.00 back and I am not going to give up until I do get my money back. Services were not rendered. I received nothing from Back Stage Casting except scams.
