I am a new member of this companies "elite" membership. I have ordered several items from this company, 8 separate orders and over 600.00. They are new and still working out bugs in their website but I have noticed a pattern of deception from this online retailer.
They state to have "flashstock" drops of merchandise daily and the elite members will have access to them first. Every time I click on the item to purchase my cart goes into spin mode and then tells me out of stock. I can see this happening once or twice, but EVERYTIME is not realistic. Of course, these are Coach and Michael Kors, Versace, etc... handbags that claim to offer for 10.00. My membership costs me 40.00 a month and so far the only items I have been able to find are shoes in size 5, 6 or 6.5 and not in the color of the listing. I have also managed to find some Juicy Couture items for purchase...but they have yet to even be shipped. This was over a week ago.
They have managed to ship one 2.00 item, a face toner, but it was by itself when there are at least 20 items still not shipped. I also have become suspicious as they claim to have offered all these other items that are designer and brand names, in high demand, but not once have I actually seen the item be offered and not just labeled "OUT OF STOCK". I have been on this website night and day since I joined and have found this to be a pattern they are doing to mislead us as a consumer for that "great deal". Wondering if anyone else has actually even got a tracking number yet to their orders or if they received the merchandise. There website also claims that the order will be shipped within the following business day. That clearly is not the case. I have since asked for a refund and will update as it progresses.
