We would be glad to replace the camerasNot sure why a call to our support center did not solve this issueWe will have our support manager Rick T*** contact you and arrange the replacementAs with company policy; the cameras do need to be returned so we can verify the failure and release the
new cameras for shipmentBut we would be glad to help with this
