Backup Lizard

Backup Lizard is a scam. First they changed plan and then they wiped of my data without any notice. I couldn't even login. Then I forgot this as a bad dream. Now they charged me again without me using their service and without having any valid account to manage anything. Such a shameful and scam company. Anyone can help me how to sue them?

Review: On February 5, 2016, we paid $36 for a full year of unlimited online backup storage. On April 13, 2016, we received an e-mail that our plan was no longer valid and that we could pay twice (or more) of the original rate to keep our service. This had to be done by April 20th. We immediately used the enclosed Support e-mail address to request a refund of the balance. The e-mail address turned out to be invalid and bounced. Using the Support e-mail address from the website, I've now written twice requesting the same action and a guarantee that our data would be removed from their servers. I have not received a single reply.Desired Settlement: There are 74 days between when we paid and when the service ended. In a year of 366 days, we've used 20% of the paid-for time. We'd like a refund of 80% of our original $36 which is $28.80.
