Hello [redacted] ,Thank you speaking with me today As discussed, we feel that our differences are irreconcilable Over the course of the project, we have had lots of communication with this customer Many texts messages, emails and even letters I have attached the last letter we sent to them as an example (and their responses below my name to that letter) We responded every time we heard from them, and it was often Jes tried hard to make things right by this customer There are erroneous statements in the complaint that was filed (For instance, [redacted] said we only went once to the dump, but in looking at the records, we went four times.) If you need to know more information, please feel free to ask.Best regards,Cindy S*STRAKA BUILDING(RESPONSES to attached letter)Hello ***, It was good to hear from you I am sorry you misunderstood my previous email and purpose of the letter I believe I asked you for a discussion for resolution, and also stated we were very reluctant to leave your project I am also sorry that you feel we can no longer work together You do have the right to terminate the contract with a day's notice I will leave the door open in case you would like to reconsider, but if not, we will agree that you have provided your notice under the terms of the contract In speaking with Jes about how much time he would have needed to finish your project if ALL the materials were on-site, and decisions were made as to where everything was going; he thought it would be about two (2) days worth of labor We wish you and [redacted] all the best moving forwardSincerely, STRAKA BUILDING~Cindy On March 19, at 5:PM [redacted] @gmail.com> wrote: Dear Cindy In response to your letter dated March 15th, we're disappointed that you do not offer any commitment to reach satisfactory completion, but instead prefer to threaten terminationSince Jes has already said that he will not fix several things we asked for, and we disagree on most points in the letter, we have no faith that we will reach satisfactory completion and therefore accept your proposal to terminatePlease consider this our one day noticeWe are now obtaining quotes to complete the job and repair items which were not done satisfactorily, and will follow up with you in the near futureYours sincerely [redacted]
