Hello,
Who would potentially have the ability to see my last name besides the Revdex.com and the business I filed the complaint about? Can any other persons, business, insurance companies, government agencies, etc contact the Revdex.com down the road to inquire about anything where my full name
would be disclosed? Or, would any other identifying information such as my address, phone #, etc be disclosed that could link my fist name to my identity? Would my name be posted on the Revdex.com site with the complaint? (This is only an issue because of the nature of the product and that I don't want certain people and other entities to be able to see I purchased a product with nicotine in it.)The product is shown on the claim It's "Menthol-12mg Str." That is the "Item ID" shown on the invoice (There wasn't room on the Revdex.com's form to type more characters in that field.) It's e-liquid for use in a vaporizer Menthol tobacco flavor, ml size bottle, mg nicotine, strong menthol flavor
I paid $for the whole order which included two bottles of e-liquid, $each, plus $shipping One bottle they sent is what I ordered, the other bottle was not The bottle I ordered that was not delivered was $I would just like a refund at this point for $29, not for the company to ship the e-liquid Since I have filed a complaint against them, I would not feel comfortable with the product they send as the bottles are not sealedPlease let me know about the confidentiality policy regarding my identityThank you,

Revdex.com:The business, *** ***, contacted me in reference to complaint ID *** The owner was apologetic and refunded my order total, not just the amount for the incorrect item He stated they have been having issues with their email server and consequently did not received my emails / requests I am giving him the benefit of the doubt as he sounded sincere and I appreciate that he called I am satisfied with this resolution and the matter has been resolved Thank you for your help

Review: The company made an error on my order and shipped an incorrect item. I ordered two items, one was correct, the other was not. I have emailed multiple times, as well as submitted requests on their "contact us" form on their site, but have received absolutely NO response.Desired Settlement: Originally I just wanted them to ship the product that I had ordered and paid for. I also offered to return the product they shipped in error if they sent me a prepaid shipping label. However at this point, I would just like to be refunded what I paid for the item they did not deliver as I want nothing more to do with this company or its products.

Review: Not Responsive, Problems with order, Zero Contact from the seller. Tried multiple times to contact the Owners to no Avail.Desired Settlement: I'm looking for the problem to be corrected, by either exchanging the product or returning the item.

Complainant made

a mistake on their order. We cannot except returns as we can no longer use

them. We offered a replacement for the item they meant to order if they send

original back even though they are asked to check a box that states they have

read and reviewed their order for all information being correct. As of yet

they have failed to send it back. This is a baseless claim and it states on the

web site clearly that no orders can be changed once they are submitted.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

However, My original order was received 10 days later on a Saturday afternoon, The next mailing day 11/**/2013. Due to Veterans Day. I have indeed returned their product to them via USPS First class mail
