Sent: Tuesday, October 25, 10:AM Subject: ID [redacted] In response to ID# [redacted] : Customer has been in our restaurant several times and the reason we remember her is she always causes a commotion That night she came in and ordered ribs, complained that they cost too much and we had raised our prices Server explained that we had not raised our prices in two years She said it was too much, but took the order anyway and left the premises About three hours later she returned with the ribs, with the ribs turned over, so the bone side was showing, and said there was no meat We turned the ribs over and showed her the meat side Our ribs are a StLouis cut and are extremely meaty They are a premium cutThe ribs were clearly setting out for several hours so they were dry by that time She said she wanted her money back and said if we did not give her money back she was going to picket in front of our restaurant She came back into the restaurant three more times, again causing a commotion, raising her voice to call attention and saying she was going to picket everyday until we gave her money back She and her husband had signs already made and stood outside our restaurant with them We proceeded to call the police and the customers were informed that they could not picket on private property We are not refunding her money since she looked at the ribs before she left, did not say there was anything wrong with them at that time and it was perfectly clear what the price was since she paid for themMy response is late because my husband, who is the owner of this establishment, had surgery and we have been consumed with that Thank you, Susan B [redacted] Owner/Manager Pit Master BBQ
