I am rejecting this response because: Hi *** sorry the email went to my junk boxI read the response but the dealer didn't take any responsibility so therefore offered no resolutionLike I said, I was ready to pay part of the cost but it's not fair to let this leader get away with thisIn is response, he admitted the check engine light was on before he shipped the car and that's all I am asking him to pay the repair costI am being reasonable; a car with miles should not cost me $Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: After some thought, I have decided to assume part of the repairs cost but the dealer needs to pay for the repair cost of the mechanical problems which is about $I plan to meet my lawyer next Monday but hoping I don't have to go that route.

*** ***a contacted GWC Warranty on 10/27/and was informed that they have NOT received a claim for any engine or transmission repairs. The service contract covers: Engine,Transmission, Seals & Gaskets, 4x4, and Drive Axle We don’t understand why Mr*** purchased a service contract but has opted not to use it. We don’t understand why instead of filing a claim with GWC warranty for his repairs, he has decided to send in complaints to Revdex.com and other local offices. Mr*** has a service contract at his disposal but instead wants the dealer to pay. Genesis Autoplex has provided sufficient evidence that proves that the engine and transmission problems that Mr*** claims took place after the sale. Mr*** made a smart choice by purchasing a service contract on a used vehicle with such high mileage. GWC Warranty coverage can be used for the items listed below (see list). The same list was provided to Mr*** prior to purchasing the service contract. I am rejecting this response because: the dealer is still not accepting any responsibility for selling a car with mechanical problems that has cost me about  $4000 for repairs. That is a fact: As a consumer, I am sure I have rights and I am  going to take a legal action if that's what it will take. The same law that protects the dealer protects the buyer as well. There is a reason for the yellow or orange lights described by the dealer and I  wouldn't pay $7000 for a car with that kind milages plus the possibility of spending another  $4000 to fix. By the way, Genesis Autoplex was right about the warranty cost of $275. I only saw the amount of $375 on the warranty and I didn't see my credit card statement till after the fact. That mistake was on me. I have no intention of lying about it.
