Greetings, I've tried to meet with the Complaint She has been to my residents She offered to come and get the check PAID IN FULL days ago I have long list of satisfied customers I would like to give them their money back I do have a slight problem with that since I have a signed contengency agreement saying if thay cancell, there is a $penalty, stated as ' Liquidated damages"However I would just like to make this go away Please let them know they can come get teh moneyLee ***

Greetings all, I have tried to respond to the customer I will refund her money in full We had numerous rain days in [redacted] , which delayed to process I have called her times last week alone I have built over roofs in that neighborhood I will try to reach out again This customer wants all the work done without paying a deductableI said I would work with her since the insurance released all the funds up front This issue can get resolved today, if she answers her phone Thanks, please contact me if you have any questions Lee *** [redacted]

She's correct on LG Roofing doing her roof. Due to the extent of Hurricane Harvey, we are overwhelmed with calls. Wind Driven rain is the cause of the water getting in. We had hours of constant rain. Wind driven rain gets in through the ridge vent. There is no rain
in the forecast. She wants someone to go over NOW. I have other homes and customers that are in need of drastic repairs. I will go over to the house and look at it. I will call her ASAP. Lee ***LG Roofing
