This job was done right up to specs as stated in the contract as for her saying that there was supposed to be a in wide area that is just her talking after the job got started when I went to measure and estimate the job I put down and told her that it was going to be about to
inch wide maybe at the most because that's what I was estimating my materials and buying my materials to fill the job was measured for everything I stated in the contract is as is and I also have pictures of the completed job just as stated in the contract everything else she is stating is things that she spoke to me about why we are in the middle of the job and was asking for extra work to be done but did not want to pay the extra cost in my contract it also States that if she wants extra work to be done in the middle of a job which I've had done before they must sign a change of service form she did not want to sign this form and she did not want to pay the extra cost associated with the form which is also stated in the contract that if the homeowner decides to deny to sign that form that is their decision I have all the paperwork and the pictures if you guys just want to call me on the phone I'll send you guys whatever you guys need but this job was up to contract and up to Spec's that were determined long before we ever started the job she just wanted extra work done but did not want to pay the extra cost and I told her I would not do any extra work for free I offered her a different offer on a change of contract she didn't want to take it she told me to take my contract and shove it up my *** and that she was not painted dime extra for anything even though what she stated and what I was in agreement to building for her was exactly what I built for her but I have pictures of exactly the way it looks 100% completed and I also have signatures on the contract so whatever documentation y'all need just let me knowIm more then willing to add the extra rock that she desires but it will cost $extra to cover the cost of the extra material and the service call out to her property makeing her total $for everything if she is willing to pay the $it needs to be cash and we can sing a change of request form
