Yard service ruined newly painted home with weed waking technique.No follow up to resolve.

Backyard Monkey came to my rescue on 2/10/19 when heavy early morning winds felled my super large pine tree onto my house. Justin came out to my house within 60 minutes of calling to assess, take pictures, reassure me. I was surprised to learn he was a Certified Arborist, and he provided education @ trees in general, and my pine tree specifically( tree was 32 years old and my family is sad to have it gone) and also info on other trees in my yard. He made suggestions about alternate trees, pros and cons when I asked. He had price quote for job emailed to me and my insurance within another hour. Company followed up with phone call and answered all questions. He was able to mobilize his team and equipment to get the tree removed from house, and chipped same day, which was such a relief. Great team professionalism and knowledge; worked well together with safety equipment and coned off area after explanation of how job would be done. I was so worried @my home, damage, and safety, and am so appreciative of Justins' calming presence and generous time to answer all my questions and concerns. Company even chopped some of the wood for camping firewood when asked, (with instructions not to use to cook food). Mahalo!! Can't thank you enough for promptness and well done job!
