Backyard Pleasures (Vernon, B.C.) rebuilt my hot tub motor, but the motor was not rebuilt properly and repeatedly tripped the breaker On their third visit, the company informed me that the motor worked well in their shop, but I needed a new $service pack to make the hot tub run again After not hearing from the company for several weeks, I hired another company that explained the old motor was improperly repaired and recommended that I purchase a new one Now, with a new motor the hot tub works well, and I do not need to spend $on a new service pack Thankfully, I did not pay any money to Backyard Pleasures, but I wish to alert future customers to my very unsatisfactory experience
