Amber and Juan's crew are wonderful! They did a great job tearing down my old pergola and putting up the new one I won from them! It looks amazing! I don't see a single thing wrong with itI watched part of the process and they were very careful while working around my dogs and my other projects going on in my yard They cleaned up so well after themselves that I can't even tell they were there I love Backyard Shades!! I'm so excited that I just keep going out to look at the pergolaI would recommend them to anyone!!!
Amanda and Juan returned calls, and maintained communication with us for the entire process. They did a great job arranging all of the inspections and getting all of the permits. The employees were all well mannered and personable. The structure itself is sturdy and sound and has been a great benefit to our home. We would recommend this company. The only thing that people need to know is that having this type of structure built takes time, not necessarily for the build, but for the permits and inspections. Plan ahead a couple of months if you are considering a build such as a carport or porch cover.
